How is Your Group C-Link Itinerary Assembled?
Your itinerary is assembled via Group C-Link, a web-based matchmaking application. This application will allow you to arrange meetings with delegates who have a mutual interest in meeting with you. The system brings together delegate and sponsor meeting requests, optimizing conference sessions and delivering personalized schedules tailored to the individuals business needs. Prior to the event, we ask each delegate to undertake a complete profiling exercise. Sponsors then receive these detailed profiles to assist them in making their meeting selections. Each sponsor then makes his/hers selection of those delegates that would benefit the most from learning more about the sponsor’s location.
Your itinerary will be broken down as follows:
 | One to One meetings - These last for 25 minutes and are held in the lounge area occupied by the sponsor company. Sponsors remain in their meeting area for the business hours of the day and delegates circulate to meetings. | |
| Mealtime meetings - At mealtimes, delegates will dine at tables hosted by sponsor companies. | |
| Golf meeting – During a game of Texas Scramble you will be the host of the team. | |
| Conference sessions - Depending on your selections you may have conference sessions scheduled in your itinerary. Delegates will spend a proportion of each day in a variety of keynotes, seminars and workshops. Typically delegates will spend 50% of their time in conference. | |
| Message Service - Onsite you can arrange additional meetings with delegates, speakers or press via the message service. | |
