When and where does Business Facilities LiveXchange
take place?

The LiveXchange event takes place November 9-11, 2008
at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa, Huntington
Beach, CA |

Who will attend? |  | Delegates: Corporate Executives responsible for their companies’ relocation and expansion plans will be attending from across the nation. Attendance is free of charge, and delegates must meet stringent criteria to qualify for an invitation.
Sponsors: State and local economic developers or sponsors will attend as paying executives. |  |

How is the forum structured? |  |
The LiveXchange event consists of pre-scheduled meetings
between sponsors and delegates, as well as a conference
program that includes keynotes, seminars and workshops.
Prior to the event, personal schedules are created for
all participants according to their individual interests
and requirements.
To ensure all participants maximize their time at the forum, LiveXchange uses a custom computerized appointment system that pre-schedules meetings between buyers and sellers. The appointment system is driven by selections made by delegates and sponsors in advance of the event. |  |

As press, can I attend any conference sessions? |  | Yes. As a member of the press, you may attend all keynotes and most other sessions. |

What is the cost to me? |  |
As an invited member of the press, the event is complimentary
including your accommodation and all meals, but not
including drinks. You are responsible for your own transportation
to and from the venue. |
