How is Your Itinerary Assembled?
Your itinerary is assembled via our appointment system. A
few weeks before the event you will select conference sessions
you wish to attend and sponsors (economic developers) you
want to meet. Prior to making these selections you will have
received a list of sponsor companies that have requested to
meet you. Only with your acceptance will a meeting be scheduled.
Typically you will spend 50% of your time in conference.
Your itinerary will be broken down as follows:
 | One to One meetings - These last for 25 minutes and are held in the lounge area occupied by the sponsor company. Sponsors remain in their meeting area for the business hours of the day and delegates circulate to meetings. | |
| Mealtime meetings - At mealtimes, delegates will normally dine at tables hosted by sponsor companies. | |
| Golf meeting - During a game of Texas Scramble you will be teamed up with a sponsor and your peers. | |
| Conference sessions - Delegates will spend a proportion of their time in a variety of keynotes, seminars and workshops. | |
| Free Time - Free time at the forum is limited. However there is scope to arrange ad hoc meetings with delegates, suppliers, speakers or press via the onsite message service. | |
